With a high school diploma and years of hands-on experience, Jermaine leads with confidence, care, and a commitment to excellence. He loves being part of a small, close-knit team that works together like family, making each day both productive and enjoyable.

Jermaine's favorite part of the job? Meeting new people across Ohio and Michigan, visiting new places, and transforming cracked, uneven concrete into something safe and beautiful again.

And when it comes to spare time? As a dedicated father and husband, Jermaine says it best: “What is spare time?” His family keeps him busy—and fulfilled—outside of work.
