With a deep-rooted background in construction leadership—as former VP of Construction at Miller Diversified and Director of Operations at LRE Ground Services—Jesse Miller brings both expertise and passion to Foamworks. Seven years ago, he co-founded Foamworks with his brother-in-law with a bold mission: to redefine the concrete industry through innovation and integrity.

Certified by IICRC and IGSHPA, Jesse wears many hats on a daily basis—whether it's training the production team, inspecting jobsites, or answering homeowner questions with a smile. His favorite part of the job? Tackling the daily challenges that come with building something better.

Jesse is especially proud of the company culture he’s helped create—a team-first environment where both employees and customers feel valued. For him, success means more than just level concrete; it's about lifting people up along the way.

When he’s not solving concrete problems, Jesse is out traveling, hiking, biking, or playing pickleball with his family and friends.
