Trey McNamee

After 16 successful years leading marketing and strategy at Owens Corning—and a prior career with the U.S. Air Force—Trey McNamee traded in corporate life to build something of his own. Seven years ago, he co-founded Foamworks Concrete Leveling with his brother-in-law, driven by a vision to redefine the construction industry and what homeowners can expect from a contractor.

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and an MBA from Bowling Green State University, Trey leads the charge in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Finance at Foamworks. His day-to-day is all about growth, strategy, and making sure the Foamworks name stands for trust and outstanding service.

Trey’s proudest accomplishment? Helping build a company and culture that enriches lives—from the team on the ground to the homeowners they serve. His favorite part of the job is simple but powerful: helping people and showing what’s possible when passion and purpose align.

When he’s not driving the business forward, Trey stays active with travel, snow skiing, water sports, volleyball, pickleball, and coaching his kids' sports teams.
