Shannon Weiss

Shannon Weiss brings a strong work ethic and a wide range of hands-on experience to the FoamWorks team. With over 20 years in customer service and hospitality, plus more than a decade as a licensed barber, Shannon’s background centers on problem-solving and delivering great experiences for every person he meets. Before joining FoamWorks, he also gained valuable experience in electronics, robotics, construction, and general labor, including concrete forming, pouring, sealing, and crack repair.

Since joining FoamWorks, Shannon has jumped right into the field, working on drilling, lifting, power washing, sealing, and repairing concrete slabs while following company procedures to ensure quality and satisfaction. He enjoys the variety of work, the chance to build new skills, and being part of a team that feels like family.

Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with his fiancée and son, working on projects around the house, riding his Harley, and fishing whenever he can.
